Avocado and tuna: Sound nutritious but not delicious, right?
Go with me on this one when I tell you the combination is pretty darn tasty.
It is packed with Omega-3’s and offers the “good fat” (monounsaturated fat) that your body craves. The quick and easy snack is even doable on long hikes or road trips.
Here is what you need:
Can of tuna fish (natural)
Green chilies (optional)
Cut the avocado in half and discard the seed. Scoop out both sides of the avocado and mix with tuna. Add salt and pepper to taste. Use the avocado skin as a bowl.
Wanna kick it up? Add green chilies.
